The site looks clean overall and it’s easy enough to find your way around. It just feels a bit basic to me, haha, nothing bad, just not super memorable.

I tried Chosen Few Athletics mostly for stretch and mobility stuff, especially because my hips get tight after workouts. The exercises were easy to follow, some of them did help loosen things up a bit.
That said, a lot of it felt kind of basic, like moves I’ve already seen floating around before. I also wish there was more guidance on progressions or how long you’re supposed to keep doing each one. The app/platform itself is a little frustrating too because it kind of works when it wants, which gets annoying when you’re trying to stay consistent.
Overall, it’s not terrible, but I wasn’t blown away. If you just need simple mobility ideas, it’s fine, but I think it could be better organized and more reliable
